Dr. Brillian S. K is the Executive Vice President / Chief People Officer & Heads Places and Process at TimesPro - a Times Group Initiative. He was the founding Director of Toastmasters International District 98 and served as Region Advisor for Toastmasters International covering 13 countries in 2020. Brillian comes with a rich experience in the Human Resources function spanning IT, BFSI, Education and Logistics domains. He has worked extensively on Global Policy Making, Talent Engagement and Business Partnering. He was recognised by Marketing in Asia as a Stellar CxO & Digital Visionary in 2023. Brillian is a speaker, mentor and leadership coach and has worked with Students, TEDx speakers and CXO’s. He volunteers for various causes and was conferred the REX Karamveer Silver Award in 2023 for his volunteering services. He is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and has undergone a Dr. Marshall Goldsmith training for Executive Leadership Coaching. Brillian was nominated as one of the top 100 Influential Coaching Leaders in India in 2023. He is known his ability to create future leaders through effective coaching and mentoring. Brillian has been recognised for his volunteer services and Toastmasters International ranked him among the world’s Top 10 Best Leaders for the year 2015-2016. He is an academic advisor to a Business School in Mumbai and academic program advisor with the SNDT PV Polytechnic for Women, Mumbai. Brillian has various awards and recognition under his belt. He is passionate about public speaking and leadership. Brillian has been actively involved in delivering Keynotes, workshops, learning sessions for various forums like Toastmasters, HR Forums, Colleges/Universities. He has 450+ virtual / online engagements to his credit since April 2020. Brillian is a Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from University of Mumbai, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications and a Masters in Human Resources Management from University of Mumbai. He is an experience collector and uses his observational skills to bring humour and fun in working and helping teams achieve stretch outcomes.
