Mr. Ganesh Potti is a seasoned HR Leader with over 30 years of experience in HR, IR, Administration, Infra Project, Budget forecasting, MIS and Analytics of Cost Control in Auto Industry (25 Years) & Health Care & College / School industry (1 Year). A strategic planner with cross functional experience in CFT, ISO 14001, MIS, Budgets, etc A keen analyst actively involved in Strategic Business Development. HR & IR Domain Specialist. Experience of more than 5 years in HR ERP module. Currently Working as CHRO at M/s Trivancore Medical College Hospital, Kollam. He is actively involved in the Institute Basic set up of HR policy and IR Statutory and Created 270 Revised JD and KPA for all Staffs. He has Provided JD / SOP / Performance Appraisal to all levels and setting KPA for Leaders and Setting KPA for Hospital Staff Lower Level to Top Level. Prepared Revised HR Manual / Hand Book for employees for NABH Audit. Achievements – Got Government Approval for engaging Apprentices from October 23 onwards. Total quota received 180 for the year 2023-24 and within 5 months all the quota has filled. Hence they extended same 180 quota for this financial year also 2024-25. Engaged nearly 225 Staff under various category like Staff Nurse, Front Office, Radiology, Pharmacist, Bio medical, CSSD, All Clinical Technician (all paramedical category). By this way we will get Government Contribution of Rs.4500/- per candidate and the payment will goes to individual Bank account directly of every month. Remaining portion will bear by Management. By this way my saving salary cost around 12 Lakhs per month. No PF and No ESI for one year and after one year based on performance we will take our regular role.
